Sets whether the hardware clock is stored as UTC or local time.
/etc/sysconfig/clock
Symlink /etc/localtime to /usr/share/zoneinfo/… to set your timezone.
To set the current system date/time.

To set the hardware clock.
/sbin/hwclock --systohc
